When to GET RID of your running shoes!

Are you a Runner? 🏃 Do you have pain when you run?? This is why YOU 🫵🏻 NEED new running shoes! 👟 🏃🏼‍♀️ (part 1 🤩)



👟 Running shoes are supposed to help you run, not cause injuries! 🚫 Have you had your shoes for a long time??? These may the cause of your pain 🤷🏼‍♀️…




⚠️Have you had your shoes and ran more than 500 miles in them??? (thats an average of 9 miles a week!)


⚠️Are you starting to get new aches and pains?


⚠️Are your shoes slipping on the ground? Is the tread worn out? This can cause you to almost sprain your ankle…especially on a hike!



⚠️Are you shoes changing shape??? Do they even sit evenly on the ground anymore???



⚠️Are you your shoes falling apart or lacking any springiness or cushion???
