Discussion of your symptoms

As part of the evaluation, we will go into an in-depth interview and discussion of your symptoms and history

Physical Examination

We will go through a thorough physical examination and evaluation, using diagnostic tests, functional movement tests to assess your range of motion, functional movement, strength and mechanical restrictions.

Hands on Manual Treatment Techniques

Using advanced manual techniques, your PT will perform hands on Manual Treatment based on our findings throughout the assessment.

I will ask to hear your story and take a detailed note of your medical history. From there I will create an individualized treatment plan aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together.

Jennifer Greene, DPT, CFMT

Jennifer graduated from Chapman University in 2014 where she achieved her clinical doctorate in physical therapy. She began treating as a physical therapist in primarily in orthopedics as well as pelvic health. She also underwent mentorship and training to become a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) which she achieved in 2019. Jennifer specializes in orthopedics as well as pelvic health. In her free time, she enjoys fitness, hiking, skiing, baking and trying new foodie experiences.
